Programme Features

Adults Foundations Programme

 

Learn the core principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through techniques, transitions, and submissions in the gi, all tailored for practical self-defense. This 6-month rotating program allows students to join at any time without missing essential concepts, ensuring steady progression and a solid understanding of the fundamentals.

 

Adults Advanced & Competition Training

 

Explore specialized training modules focused on advanced techniques and sport-specific scenarios. Develop the ability to chain positions seamlessly, improve transitions, and sharpen your awareness.

 

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

 

A safe, welcoming, and ego-free environment designed specifically for children. Our Kids BJJ programme focuses on building discipline, confidence, respect, and strong self-defence foundations through fun and structured training.

 

Kids Club – Striking & Wrestling

 

An exciting and dynamic program introducing young athletes to the worlds of Muay Thai, MMA, and wrestling. Each session focuses on a specific discipline, helping children build coordination, fitness, confidence, and well-rounded martial arts skills in an engaging environment.

The "Human Chess" Mindset: BJJ is physical problem-solving. You will learn to read an opponent's weight distribution, anticipate their movements, and counter them systematically.

Functional Fitness:You will build core strength, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance through live, resistance-based training (sparring/rolling) that mimics real-world application.

In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, students progress through structured belt and stripe systems designed to develop technical skill, confidence, discipline, and long-term growth. Adult and kids programmes follow different progression systems, each tailored to their age, experience, and personal development journey.

 

 

At our academy, we follow the official International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) grading system for all of our students. This rigorous and universally recognized standard provides a clear, fair, and achievable path for practitioners from White Belt all, covering both child and adult rank structures.
